2025 F1 Season (spoilers will be discussed)

Man, Verstappen and Hamilton didn't make the "runs" from the rear they are famous for.

Leclerc had a chassis issue dropping him to fourth and Norris had another great race where he chose to stay out vs pit for another set of tires.

Well deserved win.

Teams battling with diff strats is one of my fav parts of F1.

Alternate strats working well because passing is near impossible is not one of my fav parts of F1.

So happy to see Norris win that one. I hope he can keep up this momentum after the break.

I laughed when he moved both trophies to safety before spraying champagne everywhere.

Just last week Russell was taking about how the Mercedes still needed a lot of work, but he really did a great job with an allegedly "slow" car.

He's closing in on Verstappen for third in the driver standings. Piastri holds a slim lead over Norris going into the summer break.

If it was Senna vs Prost, you think they would have hit each other?

Merc brought a new rear suspension at Imola, lowering the front wishbone pickups to change the squat characteristics. Theyve used it on and off since then, mostly due to balance issues. But for Hungary, they fully committed to throwing it in the bin.

Interesting things at Ferrari...

Wow. Dirty politics at Ferrari.

Ferrari just keeps shooting itself in the foot.

It explains a lot, on the outside it looks like Hamilton's age is catching up with him, but according to that video, it's not the case.

I was hoping when Vasuer started at Ferrari that things (the politics) would change. Apparently not. Ferrari has always been "we know what needs to be done and don't tell us we are wrong" kind of thing. I think the only driver to ever break that thought process at Ferrari was Niki Lauda and he had to prove it before they would listen to him.

It makes sense. I know Charles and Hammy were NOT happy in the last few races, especially Hungary.

I was wondering what happened after both Ferrari's had several good practices then inexplicably Hamilton gets knocked out in Q2, and that's not the first time that's happened to him.

I wonder if he'll try to move to another team after the way he's getting treated.

Problem I see is where would Hamilton go? Back to Mercedes? Doubtful as I am pretty sure Mercedes is happy with their drivers. Red Bull? Doubtful as I do not think Hamilton would want to be Max's teammate. No way McLaren would get rid of either of their drivers. That would just leave the "also ran" teams and I do not think Hamilton would go to one of these teams to finish out his career (maybe Aston Martin, but there is a lot up in the air there since Aston Martin (the car company) just sold their stake in Aston Martin (the F1 team).

All good points. He can't be liking what is happening at Ferrari, I don't know if he will be able to change their culture.

I don't think he can leave. His contract is not just to race, but a huge $$ amount to be an ambassador.
