maybe the stunt was just supposed to be riding over the roof of the car, like cresting a mellow hill, but the rider gave too much gas and launched off the ramp into the ceiling/pipes.

looks like it's for some kind of get-away-action scene where a motorcycle wheelies up and rides over a car head on. just one of multiple shots to be edited together in post production.

somebody call jackie chan, he could probably do it.
