Assuming she's epileptic, she wouldn't have been the first. Teddy Roosevelt had epilepsy. Jackson and Madison may have had it.

But the notion that people with neurological disease can't be leaders is as commonplace as it is ignorant. Alexander the Great, who was also epileptic, may be the best example of this.
