Not sure if thats china, but when my buddy was there for biz, the woman that was him driving around on 2 occasions went the wrong way down the highway. As in, used the offramp to get on and drove 2/3 exits, then used the onramp to get off.:wow "its OK, we do this here..."

Theres a chance that none of the other people in that vid thought the bus was doing anything wrong!
