Breaking Bad, Cont'd. (SPOILERS!!!)

These last three episodes, particularly last weeks, have been tremendous. Two more left for this season, and next years is the last. People are gonna start dying. I love how they've "switched" Jessie and Walt's characters. I've gone from wanting Jessie killed to actually rooting for him. His attitude in the mexican "lab" last week was awesome. It's exceptional writing. Great show. I'm glad they're ending it though. Shit can't on forever or it'll just become stupid. Next season should be epic.

This season just keeps getting better as it progresses. Tonight's episode had me on the edge of my seat, I can't wait to see where they go from here. Someone's gonna die!!

Gus for sure is gay and the cook was his latin lover.

Could also very well be why they shot him...it is classic cartel mind trickery..to keep Gus in check...and prove that he would be loyal to the cartel even after they just shot his lover....too bad it backfired!

none for this one he's an addict! classic!

Jessie was EPIC in that scene!!! He grew up fast in that 1 episode!!
I cannot believe how quickly Walt completely fell apart.

Oh yeah!! I really loved how Skyler got on the phone to Saul about her ex-boss. That was EPIC!!!! I'm glad he's gone. What a tool!!!

I never thought about Gus being gay, but it makes perfect sense now.

The last two shows are going to be EPIC!!!

Walt has to get his head screwed on tight. He is in Defensive mofde now- he's gotta go on the Offense pretty quick. I think him seeing soo much $$ gone, he'll realize that he MUST stay and reclaim what is rightfully his!!

Oh, if you want to hear an interview with Aaron Paul (Jessie Pinkman), he was on NPR's "Fresh Air" last Monday.

Last night was intense! My heart was pounding while the final scene played out...the laughing and the phone call....fucking intense. :thumbup

Just caught up on the last two episodes. Awesome!

Maybe you folks who wanted Jesse killed finally realized the show is about him and Walt.

Didn't Walt stash more cash? Oh wait, they bought the car wash with it. Again, unbelievably stupid that they'd keep it all at their home.

I thought Walt would have significantly more money.

Car wash = $800k
IRS Gift = $630k

I thought he was making $7.5mil a year.....what gives?

So what does Walt do now?

He's been making $$ at a good rate at the laundry but he hasn't been working there long.

I'm wondering how this show is going to end. Walt & Jesse reunite and do a Butch Cassidy & Sundance Kid last stand, or Walt joins Hank.

I'm surprised that Walt does not have MUCH more $$ put away (in various places). It is stupid to have it all hidden in just one location.

I'm sure that Walt will kill Mr Pollo and he and Jessie will make nice. I am happy to see that Jessie is with that cute girl.

that's what I was wondering about. I thought he had more money.....

Anyone wanna throw any guesses as to what might happen next? I'm thinking Walt might confess to Hank and ask him for help. Then it's a matter of whether Hank will turn evidence in to the DEA to try and bust Gustavo & Jessie, or Hank "breaks bad" and joins Walt in an effort to help him out.

There's also the chance that Jessie might turn on Gus and try and kill him. He's already proved that he's still loyal to Walt despite their current situation. I love how this show is so unpredictable you need to think outside the box to guess what's going to happen next, and whatever you guessed, you still end up wrong. :teeth

I think Hank is a straight shooter - meaning that he'd put his own brother-in-law in jail.

Perhaps someone on the DEA (Gomez) is dirty.....? Think of what that would entail.

With Mike in the makeshift Mexican hospital (which was awesome btw), perhaps Gus is not as protected.

I AM ON THE EDGE OF MY SEAT!

He also paid for his cancer treatments out of pocket, as well as most of his brother in laws bills. he has been paying sal the whole time as well.

They've been laundering the money through the car wash. It's not all cash on hand. He did stash quite a bit in the house, but Skyler used $630,000 to give to Ted. He has plenty of money...just not cash on hand, which is what he needed right at the end of the last episode. Time was of the essence prior to calling the guy who could make them disappear.

Walt and Jesse, reunited...

You think Jesse should have told Gus he killed Walt? That would have given Walt a way out, but it wouldn't make good television. It would also give him freedom to pursue Gus, but it seems he's already doing that.

I think that Jesse will realize that if Gus is willing to kill Walt, then it is only a matter of time until Gus will kill Jesse. Jesse and Walt will team up to kill Gus and Walt's cancer will come back.

I was pretty disappointed in the latest episode. I dont like the plot line of Gus allegedly poisoning the kid so that Jessie would kill Walt. I didnt like how Jessie immediately joined up with Walt in an attempt to kill Gus. I really liked the tension they had built between Jessie, who was finally standing on his own two feet via Gus, and Walt, who was turning into an idiot. They reversed a lot of that in the last episode. Hopefully they redeem themselves in the finale.

The show needs to grow some balls and start killing some main characters.

Loved how they had Walt pacing and checking the windows like a paranoid tweaker, but I still think they show HAS to get Walt jr hooked on the junk before they wrap up.
