Cars that make your jaw drop.

I'm not taking a picture of it, but my Ford dealer currently has a GT in the shop with only 400 miles on it. Keeping with the title of the thread, that really actually did drop my jaw for a bit.

Not sure why your jaw dropped, aren't most Fords in the shop more than on the road? Probably explains why it only has 400 miles :teeth :later

My jaw drops for just about anything coming out of ring brothers or the roadster shop. Pure car porn. Roadster shop does a great job detailing their builds on their website. Worth a visit, keep the kleenex, er, shop rags handy.

"Cars that make your Jaw drop", not Jaws that make your car drop.
Jeez.

Name that make. Recently just sold to investors too.

Got kind of a space-age "Fifth Element" Jaguar XK120/140 vibe to it. I like some of it....not the head or rear end light treatments though.

Was really close to buying a 66 a few months back for my next project, but got cold feet as it would have to be black: the most difficult color to get right.

That's a lot of car to get straight enough for black

Black done right is basically a mirror. Any and all imperfections in the smoothness of the surface it's on distorts the reflections. Because of this, every ripple, dimple, swirl mark, or orange peel GLARES obviously to all who see it. Things that are not even perceptible in another color, show front and center with black.

A car like that continental with those long slab sides will even show body panel fitment unevenness issues, as the reflection lines will not line up.
