Cars that make your jaw drop.

To go back on topic. This was by far one of my favorite cars i've ever owned. I sold it @ 16k miles because I moved to an area where I was no longer close to a good dealer.. Interestingly enough, I never had a warranty issue. I will have another one someday!

Those Alfa’s are sexy looking cars

I'm still craving that driving experience! the super quick steering rack, 505 hp and a very communicative chassis.

I looked to replace it with both a CT5V and CT4V Blackwing, but neither of those cars did it for me!

Tell me more. How many miles did you have on her? They're a massive bargain on the used market. No dealers want to touch them and I keep looking at one to replace my GF's GV80. Good idea? I'm worried most about quality issues. I already know it's gonna be hard to sell...

It had 16K miles when I sold it. I also have the extended warranty which is honored by dealers. There is a specific Alfa mechanic in San Bruno, which worked on my my car and is very good - he knows the car well. I would not hesitate to buy a 2020+ car. They are very sorted.

I sold the car because it would be a huge hassle to take the car to San Bruno for any warranty/servicing.

I would 100% recommend the car. I will buy another one!

If not driving the car for say a week, keep it on the battery tender. Low voltage has been an issue for random electronic quirks. Also, the serpentine belt needs to be replaced every 2-3 years which on normal cars is not a big deal, but a little more involved on this car and is a pretty pricey service. I know you are a car guy, so if you drove one you would understand how awesome it is.

Thanks Stan...for selling me on one. Good, useful info. She really like the look too. Here goes another newbie in the garage. Never owned an Italian car...ever. I'll post pics when I grab one.

I think you'll both like it. It's a riot. I'm not really into acceleration, but more into driving dynamics/chassis/steering feel and I would put the Giulia QV right up there.

The brutal acceleration and sound was a bonus for me.

And a HANS device if you haven't got one already. Using 2 shoulder belts without one is high risk. I cringe when I see people wearing 2 shoulder belts on the street.
And I have a HANS device around here somewhere… I know where the accompanying helmet is

I got this a week ago. I have only driven it from San Carlos to San Jose. Maybe tomorrow we’ll take it for a walk. Slightly hotted it up 2006 Cayman S. Her name is Six

Do it budman! When I was on injured reserve with no riding I bought a fun car and drove cross country. Course I didn’t break anything just had a part removed.

Oh heck no. 490k of No Way. :laughing

At the moment I can not even get in, more so out of something that low.

Pretty stunning vehicle.

The Porsche market is over valued. Several Ferraris are undervalued...FWIW.

I have never liked 911 convertibles.

Hump back.

They got the Boxster right though.

Well.. a Porsche did make it into my stable. Just not a super cool one, but good for an old man.
