No way, those are totally appropriate for low grade cuts like london broil or flank steaks. Your meat cutting ineptitude is showing. :p

Not every cut of beef should be prepared with a fine sear, lightly seasoned and eaten with a raw center, but all the beef parts should be eaten. A1 and Wooster are perfectly acceptable for low grade cuts that require heavy marinating and seasoning, just like teriyaki is. :x
