Couple Q's...
I have a pair of strobes, one of which I actuate with a radio remote, the other is using the sensor.
Issues I have are when I really ratchet down the primary strobe, it's not bright enough to fire the slave.
This is really an issue now I've started buying those little 45w Edison fitment slaves (non adjustable). Great for hairlights and general fill/soften, but if you slap a filter/barn-doors on them, firing it really unreliable.
As I'm freaking cheap right now, can I just use a mono 3.5mm socket doubler from the remote unit and use it to control more than one slave at a time, or will this screw up some weird impedance matching thing?
Eventually I'll get a wireless receiver for each unit, but for now, I want cheap - and it'd be useful to have a 'hard wired' backup solution if ever the remote systems dies for any reason.
