...The delivery stipulates that all batteries are fully charged, and all FW updated ready to fly.
Don't trust it. Make sure you charge it once you get it.

They are very easy to fly because they hover so well. There is very little drifting which means you don't need to constantly adjust it's position. Fly somewhere and get stuck, just let go of the sticks and the bird will just hover in it's stationary position. About the most difficult thing is controlling the bird on different orientations. The controls are reversed when it's coming towards you vs. going forward etc..
Most of the mid range stuff guys are flying FPV anyways, so you really don't need to care so much about orientation.
