Dog piss makes tires more sticky. He's trying to help you in the twisties.
 
i might try that zapping thing on the cats thats been pissing on my cars wheels. every time i go to wash it, next day theres a yellow stain on the wheel and car cover.

There are times when I believe one must become an Agent of Karma. A person who lets his dog piss on your motorcycle probably lets the dog repeatedly piss on other people's property as well. All it takes is one person pissing in his A/C vent to even up the Karma for all the pissed-on property for which he is responsible.
 
See if you can get some tiger piss from the zoo. Pour it around the area that you park the bike. That scent should keep the dogs on the other side of the driveway
 
We have the same issue with a neighbor down the street. He comes down the street to mark over our dog's scent. Only problem is his owner has no idea cause he is a jackass and thinks that his fence with 10 inch gaps between the rails is enough to contain his chuwawa (sp? don't care really).

We just let our Rottie out to chase him off. One of these days I am just gonna trap it and take it in. It should have a better chance of someone adopting it who actually knows that a small dog requires chicken wire for containment.
 
May I suggest a decent but cheap spring airsoft rifle. those little pellets sting but are considered "safe" so your neighbor can't get you arrested on an assault charge so easily. Plus there's no ballistics to prove which rifle fired the pellets. :)
 
off of rifled lead pellets it might be possible. Especially if the puppy owner has the money to make a stink. CA officials wet themselves at any excuse to harass gun owners, even toy guns. There's already been talk to limit air rifles here.

however, there's not gonna be rifling marks off a cheap smoothbore Chinese springer and a hard 6mm plastic ball. :) So even if some DA with an anti-freedom chubby gets involved, he/she won't get squat :)

That would be some funny shit if the shock treatment works.

Had a roommate before who had a car cover that a cat got in and pissed on (cover and front bumper opening). That shit does not come out easy, put the cover in a commercial washer and still smelled like fresh piss. Ended up tossing it and took maybe 2-3 washes to get it off his car. He later took some coolant and ran a strip around his car. Don't remember if that worked though.
 
It probably killed the cat. Coolant tastes sweet to animals, so they drink it. The problem is that it kills them very slowly as their organs shut down one at a time. It's an incredibly cruel thing to do, no matter what the animal did.

The owner on the other hand...
 
I think just shocking the little puppy peckers will do the trick. Problem with air soft pellets is I have to be present to catch the dog. I think this is best left as a stealth operation.
 
How 'bout covering the area around yer bike with those oversize (rat sized) glue traps, it'll take hours you get those suckers off. I caught a rat that had eaten up a few inches of the wiring harness on my RC51, (they love copper!) and took the sucker to the local 7-11 where the clerk had given me major grief a few days earlier. Put said glue trap/mouse combo in the store microwave, set at maximum (3 minutes) and walked out. Sorta killed 2 birds (mouse and louse) with one stone.....

I thought I had read that pine sol has ammonia in it and that can actually be an attractant to dogs in terms of pissing.

"Ammonia or products with ammonia smells like urine to a dog and will encourage him to go to that spot again. Use a weak solution of bleach and water or use one of the many products on the market for this purpose." :cry
