Freaking Apple store

First time I've seen that acronym. And the fact that Pete also referred to it that way just tells me that "the public" may not all be calling it that. :laughing

Strange, I thought it was universally accepted that MPBr is the retina version. Actually we call it by it's code name, but when we use the retail name, we call it MBPr. But I can see how it can be confusing if you don't deal with these acronyms every day.

Exactly. :thumbup

I stare at xcl spreadsheets all day long

I was getting some bad eye strain - this should help alleviate it :thumbup

I do too...just not on the laptop. 30" HDMI Samsung monitor plugged into the laptop works better. :teeth

I'm using my 10" Surface Pro to drive a 24" 1080p monitor, which is nice, but I would freakin love something higher resolution.

And yeah, Excel spreadsheets all day when I'm in the office, rather than the field.

Like today.

I run trip screens at work

current is:
2 - 27" NEC
my Lenovo laptop monitor

I work off one of the 27's primarily but I do gather data from the other 2

I'm replacing 1 of the NECs with a Samsung "retina" and it will be my primary

what do you do that you need that many monitors?

or is it just cool to have?

I don't have the desk space for that many :cry

but when it gets crazy with data, I retreat to a conference room and put it up and quad projectors :laughing

Look at ALL THE DATA!

Nice going monitor guy.

"Can I ask a question"? hehe

What is the purpose of the rug sitting in the middle of things? You just like the symmetry? Because it doesn't seem to start or end a path, but may be.. in the middle of a 1/3 of a path. ... :later
