the mods have been doing something about it , all the people who have been quoting the pic and displaying it to show how it offends them had been changed. com3 has been told to remove it. he said he will. if he doesnt it will be taken down.

Actually, can you delete 900CR from the boards? And then block the IP from which that blasphamy is comming from?

I find him an offensive piece of *%^*&^ that needs to be flushed with the rest of it.

900CR is a prime example of a TROLL. How does one handle a troll and the belittling attitudes that they create? Realise that they have just as much right to speak as the rest of humanity. Ignore their childish attempts to incite riot. Educate them as to the real meaning of freedom.

Also, if anyone buckles into deleteting the picture, which it sounds like they did. GET A BACKBONE! ;)
 
I think moderators should stay out of taking sides and should stay partially anonymous... you aren't here to befriend everyone and BARF is somewhat overpopulated anyways... offend the people you want OUT and let the rest play or fight amongst one another... I think the site is great and thumbs up to everyone including those who mix it up and piss people off... Comedy lives on the line of being offensive and some people draw the line in wierd places. Trust me, not a lot of people laughed at that "joke" but so what.... leave it alone and post something you think is funny. like this

Well... Take a moment to look at the photos in this thread again. Humor IS the misfortune of others, and feeling glad that you are not in that place.

The truck about to go into the canal, the driver is misfortunate enough to be in that place. The Titanic van photo, oops, and the juxtaposition is great. The blond holding the sign, oops, but classic. The Philips ad with Darth Vader, how would you feel if your weapon went out (not a personal question), and you have to change it.

Yeah, I got problems. No one is perfect, and I celebrate my inperfections.

There is an obvious difference between Darth Vader replacing his light sabre with a flourescent bulb, and the WTC disaster. Can you guess what it is? Maybe 3000+ innocent America lives?
 
i really didnt want to say anything to contribute to this mess. but really, this is a "funniest pics" thread. not a debate. the problem is sorted is it not? the mods told com3 to remove the pic or they would. either way its gone. why dont those interested open a thread in "kitchen sink" about the stickiness of humor these days?! i think it would be a great long running interesting thread!
