Harley-Davidson's and their small penis's

What do you call a Mexican in space?

An astronaut, you racist bastard!

That being said, it USED to be the case that IF you rode on two wheels, you were part of the brotherhood and you waved to each other. Brand didn't enter the equation. Now, the fucking Harley guys are being surpassed by the fucking BMW guys with this "I'm simply too cool to wave to you" bullshit. :nchantr

Now now, Alan. Isn't that last statement of yours just contradict what you said before that?

I ride a BMW and I wave. I know many BMW riders who wave as well and I have seen many different riders of different brands who don't wave. :)

Not at all. It used to be that you rode, not what you rode. A Mexican in space is an astronaut, just like an American, a Russian, a Brazilian, a Frenchman, an African, a Spaniard, an Australian, whatever. Riders are riders, no matter what. Some don't see it that way now. I used to wave to everybody on 2 wheels. When the waves stopped coming back and the brand thing was extremely easy to notice, I stopped waving. What's the point.

What I meant was what you said about the BMW riders surpassing the HD riders not waving... I guess you were being sarcastic as always. :)

I know what you mean though. It used to bother me as well because I wave at everyone (when I can of course). But nowadays, the way I see it is I don't wave because I expect a wave back. I wave because I care, it's who I am.

Whether the other rider waves back or not, beyond my control, it's up to him/her. Maybe they're having a bad day, not getting any, thinking about dinner, or just bad manner... could care less. :)

On OP's topic. Similar attitude I guess. If I can't help it and have to be close by one of them, then what else can I do. But other than that, I try to stay away. The loud noise prevents me to know what's going on around me better... contrary to what some think, to me it's more of a hazard than a safety thing.

I was waiting in line to park at Zephyr Cove on my Deuce with a buddy on his FJR1300. A minor cluster f*ck happened when I guy pulled a u-turn. The confusion created a longer delay on a hot day. We waited for the congestion to clear before moving only to be cut off by a gaggle of Harley dudes. We pulled into line behind them. Everyone reached for wallets to pay the $8.00 for parking. The leader stopped them, handed the cashier a $100.00 bill to pay for his group, got his change, than they roared into the lot with us following. We didn't have time to thank him for paying our entry fee. The Force is weak in those that wear beanies and fringe.

To the OP- I like reading any and all threads on the barf even if I find them as offensive as yours. To come on a forum and try to emasculate a segment of the motorcycling "community" because you don't approve of what they are doing is a chicken shit move. Please tell the next HD rider you see in person that he is compensating for a small penis instead. That's what I thought.

I think it's pretty obvious that Harley riders have loud exhausts only to generate hate posts on motorcycle forums. They seem to have no other appreciable effect.

Said it before and I'll say it again:

If it's too loud you're too old..........

Alright alright alright.. I apologize! Maybe I let my annoyance get to the best of me. Let me take back some of my statement. That certain douche who sat at that red light for 3 minutes revving his Harley while I was trying to have a conversation with my wife about our plans for our baby when s/he born (April) can suck it! You guys don't understand the situation.. he literally was revving it and it was overpowering everything; we couldn't even hear each other. Even the other people in the restaurant were like "wtf"

I take it back, NOT ALL Harley riders are like this.. but there are some. I guess you can say it's not the fact that the loud exhaust is present.. it's more the doucheness of the rider. I understand the need to rev your engine to let people know you are present.. ok I get that.. but to constantly do it for the whole duration of the light (which was long) just becomes annoying after awhile..

If you don't agree then I'm sorry, we don't see eye to eye. If loud exhaust pipes float your boat, then :thumbup but don't go invading others' peaceful quiet spaces.. and this goes for EVERY type of vehicle not just HD's :thumbup

Once again, I admit I was wrong for stereotyping all HD's and I'm sorry..

I can understand the need to say this.. but.. I am 25 years old and needless to say.. my hearing is somewhat messed up from being overseas. If I had two cents for each time I heard an explosion or gunshot I'd be rich.

Now that I'm alive and free from the sandbox or the mountain... I'd like to preserve what's left of my hearing. This is why I wear earplugs every time I ride.. or operate heavy equipment/vehicles.

By no means is this a stereotype, but you have to admit that like 99.99% of all HD riders fall into this category.
That is a stereotype, tho.

So the Harley Dudes were too loud? Could you here them over the Blue Angels? Funny how one mans noise is another man's music.
Yeah, but, the Blue Angels, fireworks, symphonies and other forms of urban entertainment are designed to be loud and awe the public. Young and old run to the windows to watch it. They give us the chicken flesh. They inspire us. Loud pipes, loud garbage trucks, loud jack hammers, etc, are just plain annoying. And although garbage trucks and jack hammers can be quieter, they're providing a service. Loud pipes exist solely for the entertainment of the owner.

Yay noise ordinances.
They can't get here too soon.

If it's too loud you're too old
You know you lose hearing with age, don't you? Old people are less annoyed by noises than young folks because they hear less. And mind you, Jeff is 25. Jeff isn't old. He's right.

Why apologize? Douche Bag behavior should be pointed out and held up to ridicule. I've lived a couple of places where, all summer long, I was treated to the straight pipes of the trailer apes and ghetto trash. Screw'em if they get butthurt when they get called out on their asshole, "pay attention to me", dick waving behavior. I don't mind noisy bikes and cars, but if you're rolling down the main drag, reving the piss out of your rolling temple to the Custom Chrome catalog at every light, make no mistake; you are a douche bag.

so much butthurt /thread:laughing:rofl

Maybe y'all don't understand. This thread was over with this post above^

But seriously, I think I saw a thread like this last month....and the month before that....and before that.....

inb4 suggesting a rage forum just for ppl to rage on and troll. :rofl:rolleyes:twofinger

I am a fan of fireworks (bigger is better) and the Blue Angels. I am sure that their are many people who are not fans of fireworks and the BA and are subjected to their extremely loud noises. So your list is subjective, loud noises offend someone somewhere. Cut them some slack.

Conduct a public poll. I bet more people dislike loud pipes than the Blue Angels.

Now I can get with you. There are assholes everywhere, but not all HD riders. I was at a chopper event in Oakland recently, it was an issue release party for Dice magazine. Over a hundred custom bikes there, all kinds of builds, many with little to no exhaust pipes whatsoever. Nearly everyone was cool, but there's just one asshole who decides he needs to relocate his bike from parking location A to location B. New location is on the sidewalk, which is fine - most of the people who got there early took sidewalk spots, latecomers parked at the curb. Sidewalk spot opens up. This guy decides he needs to ride (shuffle with feet) his bike from A to B on the sidewalk, through all the crowd, and he needs to f*cking rev his engine constantly as he Fred Flintstones along at zero-per.

Point being, in this crowd of over 100+ chopper-heads hanging at Merchant's Saloon, there was only one true asshole exhibiting the behavior you describe, and everyone knew it.

I went around him and he gave me the dead eye.
Dead eye?! Was it this guy?

How small is a small penis? Who is the judge?

You're not allowed to purchase an HD unless Michael Strahan can blow you without openning his jaw. HD toofless bishes make more sense now, don't they?

Or you hear "Is it in yet?"

Or, you think she is spelling "RUN".
