swing arm pivot shaft lock nut. 98 N/m

tie-rod nuts. 59 N/m

upper tie-rod nut, also 59 N/m

rear shock absorber nuts, upper and lower, 34 N/m

get out the grease gun and give theses nipples a lil' shot

now move to the front. upper triple clamp pinch bolts, 20 N/m, these were a few pounds shy of the factory spec

the lowers were fine, @ 20 N/m

 

[elskipador]

brake caliper mounting bolts, 34 N/m

 

[elskipador]

axle pinch bolts, 20 N/m

 

[elskipador]

axle, 127 N/m

 

[elskipador]

subframe bolts, 59 N/m

 

[elskipador]

rear caliper bolts, 25 N/m

 

[elskipador]

now on to the neat stuff remove the seat bracket bolt and swing the lever over to release the seat.

front tank mount

 

[elskipador]

remove the rear most tank mount and lift the tank and shift it rearward, so the 2 hooks engage

the tank will stay propped up
