Thank you everyone so much. Everyone's post I read and think yes I can do this. Starting the gym on Thursday and plan to start riding anywhere and everywhere.
It will be a big change for me for sure. I have to keep my mind busy
if you join a gym, try to join one with a social aspect. just showing up and throwing some weight around may not be "sticky" enough when the actual void is trying to figure out how to relate to the world as an individual.

Yeah, I did one of those back in like '06. Working a lot and drinking a lot when not working seems to help. Eventually you come out the other side.

get too complacent in the relationship and always assume it will be there and after awhile, you can lose your own identity leaving you vulnerable when the romance is gone...
that's why i don't hold hands when in a relationship...she can get hit by a bus one morning and it'll take days for me to get over not having someone to hold...
