Cbr250R is your answer, that thing pulls if you break it in right.
Change the exhaust to a full system, put a bazazz system in it, WOW.

Mission Motorcycles just got a white 300 in yesterday — sittin' out on the sales floor this morning with no one's name on it yet (but that won't last long!).
Verrrrrry sweet bike!
Ergos almost identical to the 250, in terms of the handlebars/seat/pegs triangle, although a bit wider between the knees. Overall design and lines definitely give the impression of a "bigger" bike vs. either the Ninja 250R or the CBR250. Fit and finish looked excellent all around.
