Glad to see you back, enjoyed the quick podcast, and I agree on your point on moving the US amatuers up into the next level. You point out that the overarching reason is that the riders are not working hard enough, not committed enough.
So you outline the problem, but don't really get into actionable items to fix the issue. So you had to outline what actions a rider would take to work harder in order to make the jump successfully, what would be on that list? What are the difference makers?
