Goatse Hole.

200' is a huge drop. Golden Gate Bridge's highest point above water (from the path way where people jump from) is 220' which kills most on impact. This ain't no water slide.
Scary!!

I think there's a good chance it'll spill over even without much more rain. It takes a while for all the water to get there.

You'd also be launched from the outlet into rocks, so there's that.
Now I want to see the other end. I was speculating that one could be shot out 60 feet up the side of the dam wall, but being shot directly into rocks sounds better.

Theres a video on YouTube of some kids who canoed to the outlet and skated inside of it. Gives you an idea of the transition from vertical to horizontal. Someone in a container (barrel?) could probably do it. Not in one?![]()
before hitting those rocks, you'll be peeled like a potato by the concrete walls.

I'm not sure the Reynold's number is low enough for that.
I'd guess you'd have every bone in your body broken by the turbulent flow, and your body would go into Putah Creek in little fleshy chunks.
EDIT: just calculated the Reynold's number, and the flow in the pipe is turbulent. You probably wouldn't spend much time rubbing on the wall. You'd spend those last seconds of your life being smashed and pulled like silly putty.
