Adam, do you happen to know the Bennett's? Ken and Andrew?
No, should I?
Wow, that's impressive. What are the controls like?

Controls are always the hard part and are different for every driver. His were custom machined aluminum system. I think there's some pictures on the website.

I would need a joy stick

They own/operate 2Bennett Audimotive and are well known in the Audi world, at least on the west coast. Ken is an incomplete quad from a freak accident years back and spent a good bit of time racing Audi's with hand controls that they designed and built. They're nice people and I'm sure either of them would be happy to chat about hand controls if you had any questions. I'm sure your condition is not identical to Ken's but he may have some good insight as to what is feasible and what isn't.

if you wouldn't mind making the introduction I would love to speak with him about it.

Marios controls are a knight rider like wheel with push and pull on either side. Pretty neat setup. I remember when he told me about his project and was needing funds. He's a cool guy Adam and former, fast kid AFM 600 rider. We should go watch him race next season and hang in his pits. I'm pretty sure Stanton will be going too.
