Meaningless statements

"Won't last long" in a classifieds ad. It's like you have people outside waiting to buy your bike so you're warning everyone else reading the ad to hurry up or you'll be forced to sell it to one of the people already there.

Makes as much sense as including "buyer wil be the new owner"

Go's hand in hand with "or best offer"...Ya, you are wrighting down names and numbers and at the end of the month you will take the best offer.:rolleyes Just say "make an offer and if it works for me I'll take it"


Also adds that say "I'm selling cause I never ride it" but then they say they will trade for some other kind of similar bike. Just say "I'm worried its gonna take a shit and I don't want to have to fix it again"

Fail. The statement is accurate. Sometimes, we must take responsibility for our own well-being.

"Full bodied".
This statement has been applied to everything from cigarettes, beer, and scotch, to laundry results. I tend to think of Rubenesque women, when I hear that term. Which might be fine, if I have had enough cigarettes, beer, and scotch, ...... and perhaps clean laundry.

(Okay. So, some of you might have to look up Rubenesque.)
