Motorcyclist Opens Fire on Mill Valley Truck

i say the people in the truck sold to the guy on the bike some fake drugs.
those who use guns in a bad way tend to be bangers or have something to do with a bad drug deal.

.

But look who's passing awards.

Homework assignment. In your own words, please explain the 2nd Amendment. Please limit your answer to 30 words, since the amendment itself is shorter than that. Otherwise we can just Google and read it for ourselves. And while you're at, please look up the spelling of "ammendment". And finally, please tell us how this election has anything to do with the Constitution.

Good point. Premeditated. Attempt of murder. Double, that is. Jolly good time in jail.

In 30 words or less how does the corn taste from my shit?

Marin County SO has arrested a suspect:
Authorities have arrested a 17-year-old juvenile from San Rafael on suspicion of attempted murder in connection with a shooting more than two weeks ago in Mill Valley.

The juvenile is suspected of firing a handgun from a motorcycle at two victims who were parked in a pickup truck on Evergreen Avenue at about 11:30 a.m. on April 13. The victims suffered minor injuries from broken window glass but no gunshot wounds.
...
Investigators obtained a search warrant for a storage container "belonging to the juvenile" in Point Richmond, Hale said.

"During the service of the search warrant, detectives located a motorcycle and other items believed to be used during the shooting," Hale said.

In addition, detectives discovered a Lamborghini convertible that had been reported stolen last year in San Francisco, Hale said.
:wtf

I vaguely remember something about a Lambo running around Marin County last year. :party

And you shoot somebody for that, or worse, you kill somebody for that, it's guaranteed to send you to jail for a long, long time, on top of the civil lawsuits against you. (Unless you hire Cochran, Shapiro and Bailey.) That's a real stupid move. FYI.
Especially because the incident was quite clearly racially motivated.

Marin Sheriff said:
The juvenile was located in Point Richmond and taken into custody. At the time of arrest, the juvenile was in possession of a loaded handgun. Detectives from the Marin County Sheriff’s Office and the Marin County Major Crimes Task Force served a search warrant in Point
Richmond on a storage container belonging to the juvenile. During the service of the search warrant, detectives located a motorcycle and other items believed to be used during the shooting.

Also located inside the storage container was a stolen 2008 Lamborghini Spyder Gallardo convertible reported to be stolen from a San Francisco dealership in March of 2011. Detectives are still investigating other possible crimes that the juvenile may be responsible for.

The juvenile was transported to the Marin County Juvenile Hall and booked for two counts of attempted murder, possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of stolen property, possession of a loaded firearm and resisting arrest. The juvenile does not have a bail due to the seriousness
of the offense.

Good work...

He'll be out in what, 5 years?

If they try him as an adult (which based on the severity, his age and the additional charges I bet they will) and charge him with first or second degree attempted murder, he could legitimately be looking at two life sentances with no parole.

I'd be shocked if he's out at all, or at the very least in less than 50 years.

The upside of the 2nd Amendment.

Yea, because clearly allowing no guns would have prevented the person willing to shoot at people over almost nothing would have followed that law, along with all the others.. Except attempting to murder a few people..

Anti gun people, please sound smarter than this when you puke your feel good nonse up... At least make up some bullshit stats like the anti weed crowd... SMH
