Motorcyclist Opens Fire on Mill Valley Truck

I'd just like to know how a 16yr old stole that lambo... Seems like there's more than meets the eye on this one...

Meh, the victim looks like a cunt. With that much soot above tailpipe and wannabe tough rims like that, I'm sure he drove like a total twat. I'd acquit on grounds of self-defense.
ATGatATT: "The new ATTGAT, now with 100% more Gat."

I love the justification in here. Soot on the bumper. The girl looks a certain way. Etc. etc. etc.

Come on. The guy tried to kill two people -- not to mention whatever else they found him doing. I don't care if it costs the state $60,000 a year. He should spend the rest of his natural life in prison. These are the exact type of criminals that we need to do whatever it takes, spend whatever we need to, to keep them off the street.

Agreed.

...make up some bullshit stats...
Per your request:

  • 8,775 deaths by fire arms in the US in 2011 (out of the 12,996 murders in 2011)
  • 2,623 Americans died on 9/11
  • 4,408 US troops died in Iraq (doesn't include Afghanistan and the rest of the War on Terrorism)
  • $1,000,000,000,000 (One Trillion Dollars) spent in Iraq chasing weapons of mass destruction and putting Iran in charge (doesn't include Afghanistan and the rest of the War on Terrorism)
So there you have it, James. We spent $1T and got 4,408 dead brothers and sisters because of the 2,623 dead brothers and sisters of 9/11, and yet can't move a paper clip for the 8,000-9,000 brothers and sisters that die in our own soil every year. Sad, isn't it?

I'm not against guns. I'm against the fact that virtually everybody can own guns based on an amendment adopted in 1791 and that 99% of Americans can't recite its 27 words. Newt Gingrich can't.

How have you been, btw? Are you going to have weekday rides this summer?

How much do you know about gun laws and regulations?

Could it be Guy Fieri's Lambo? You know, the guy from Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives.
Bingo.

A bright-yellow Lamborghini owned by celebrity chef Guy Fieri that was stolen from a San Francisco car dealership last year was found in a storage unit that was investigated after a Mill Valley shooting, police said today.

Fieri, a chef who has hosted several TV shows, including "Guy's Big Bite" on the Food Network and "Minute to Win It" on NBC, had his 2008 Lamborghini Gallardo stolen early the morning of March 8, 2011, from the British Motor Car Distributors dealership on Van Ness Avenue.

Police said the thief rappelled down from the roof of the building, entered through a window, then drove away in the car, which is valued at more than $200,000.

Surveillance video footage investigators obtained from the Golden Gate Bridge and the Marin County town of Tiburon showed the Lamborghini driving by after the theft, but the car was not found until Saturday when Marin County sheriff's investigators stumbled upon it while searching a storage unit in Point Richmond.

Little, alas. I know that Jared Lee Loughner bought a gun at a bonifide gun store. I know that the douche shooter of this thread had a gun. But quiz me. It seems you're dying to show me up. Perhaps that will lower the numbers in the stats.

I'm really very confused about the validity of chasing weapons of mass destruction and 9/11 stats in this argument. Seriously.

As far as people doing awful stuff with guns, you are right it happens. But it happens with knives too. Also, I wonder how many people are killed by idiots driving cars? Anyone can get a car! We gotta make knives and cars illegal man! While we are at it, get the baseball bats off the shelf, you can walk right into a sports store and just buy one! I mean look at all the people killed with bats!

I'm sure, if you take a deep breath and read that stuff out loud to yourself you may start to see the dangers in what you are saying.

Or move to Britain or belguim, it's almost impossible for a law abiding citizen to get a gun in those country's, but (this might shock you) people still get killed, some even with guns for fucks sake..

The guy that this thread is about is a minor. He couldn't and didn't obtain gun legally.
Jared Loughner is a sycophant. But sinse he never was committed to the institution, he wasn't in the system. He had been kicked out of the college for being crazy. College reported him to the Sheriff's office, but because his mother had connections there they didn't do shit.

Sorry. Lots of people being killed in the name of and to preserve the land of the free. Yet guns victims get the shaft.

I suppose all these and other non-gun deaths are the difference between 12,996 and 8,775. 4,221 in 2011. Yes, cars, bats, ropes, knives, tyre rods, bottles, dumbells, etc, can be used for murder. Hands too, though. However, I never said anything about making guns illegal. Did I?

Or move to Britain or belguim, it's almost impossible for a law abiding citizen to get a gun in those country's, but (this might shock you) people still get killed, some even with guns for fucks sake..
Get killed less, James. "Less" is the operative word.

Again, I'm not against guns, just not in favor that any douche --me included-- can buy a gun. Like you and I are not in favor that any idiot can get a driver's license and drive a Suburban with faulty brakes and steering.

I knew there were easy explanations.

apparently can't shoot well either

arent you assumeing that he DIDNT hit what he was aiming at?

5 shots? What, was he saveing the last 1 for himself?

No he missed. There is a pic of the passengers being interviewed and they don't appear to have any holes in them. The story says they were only hit with glass. Like I said before, shooting through the door would have been more accurate. Kids today:rolleyes

Man, this story took a bizarre twist!
