Motorcyclist Opens Fire on Mill Valley Truck

No he missed. There is a pic of the passengers being interviewed and they don't appear to have any holes in them. The story says they were only hit with glass. Like I said before, shooting through the door would have been more accurate. Kids today:rolleyes

You have to assume the shooter intended to hit the occupants of the truck to state that he missed. There's no currently reported information that supports that assumption (that I've seen...I haven't bothered reading much about this incident though).

Damn. Kids be growing up fast these days..! :nchantr

That had to be one irate gun toting moto riding ex-sous chef who rappelled into BMC then cut bay door locks and to hide his ex-bosses Lambo.

... arrested a suspect:
... In addition, detectives discovered a Lamborghini convertible that had been reported stolen last year in San Francisco, Hale said.
:wtf

Wow. Kid's stupid but does have balls. (Assuming he's responsible...) I gotta wonder if the governmental systems he's going to have to deal with are actually going to do him any good.

First hint your teenager is probably up to no good: he has a storage container.

Parents, take notes!

Come on guys...If the reports are correct? He is legally a minor. You usually cannot sign for shit on your own. Not for rent on a storage locker not for insurance or even a motorcycle without an adult over 21? Definitely cannot legally obtain a handgun or ammo. stolen? maybe, but would still have to have the money and connects to obtain one. Being a mastermind of stealing a high end auto from a secure area? unlikely. That stolen car is a new twist, sounds more like insurance fraud to me. Saying if he did all these things on his own starting at the ripe old age of 16....

He is one badass motherfucker and he will have no shortage of professional crews trying to recruit him.

But, yeah! Of course he did! Not only do we *like* blaming someone we also need to believe in the plucky young upstart!

Had a bunch or handguns and long guns stolen from my house a couple months ago. These local shootings always make me wonder..

Anyways, I hope he gets tried as an adult :)

To bad he wasn't resisting arrest.

I'm not against guns. I'm against the fact that virtually everybody can own guns based on an amendment adopted in 1791 and that 99% of Americans can't recite its 27 words. Newt Gingrich can't.

But Newt can build a colony on the moon, single-handedly AND get gas down to $2.50 a gallon! :)

What the F... something interesting happens in mill valley.

Grown-up crime, grown-up time:
A San Rafael teenager accused of shooting at a couple in Mill Valley and stealing a celebrity chef's Lamborghini was charged as an adult Tuesday as additional details surfaced about his alleged underworld of impersonation, weaponry and high-tech gear.

Max Michael Wade, 17, was arrested Saturday after a mix of canniness and luck led sheriff's investigators to his rented storage container in Richmond, where they discovered a dismantled AK-47 assault rifle, another assault rifle, shotgun shells and electronic equipment for jamming cellphones and radios, according to court documents.

Investigators also found false identification cards for California, Florida and New York, local police scanner coordinates and a full San Francisco Police Department uniform with a badge and duty belt, sheriff's Detective Greg Garrett said in an affidavit.

The storage container also included the stolen Lamborghini — a $200,000 yellow 2008 Gallardo Spyder convertible belonging to Guy Fieri, a Bay Area restaurateur and Food Network host — as well as the motorcycle and gun suspected of being used in the Mill Valley shooting this month, Garrett said.
Read the whole article (from the Marin I-J) for the cool story about how Marin Sheriff's detectives identified and nabbed the guy. :thumbup

BTW, those who would award the little fuck a medal for his heroic retailiation against an evil cager should note (via SFGate):
Wahlstrom [the male shooting victim] declined to comment, but his uncle, Randy, said his nephew and the suspect had both attended Redwood High School in Larkspur and liked the same girl, which may have had something to do with the shooting.
