whats your ETA on Toronto, and how long are you staying?

If you want to meet a lot of riders, try Dairy Cream at Lakeshore and Cawthra on Monday nights, or Elements at Lawrence and Victoria Park on the weekends. (anyone in TO can give you directions)

as well, check out www.gtamotorcycle.com if you just want to chat or meet with Toronto area bikers.

As for me, im in San Jose right now....back on the 27th. if you are still there would love to meet up!

All I can say is; "You guys are HARDCORE!!!!!!!!"

Awesome story and pictures!!!! Keep 'em coming!!

allright here goes a few. from Reno, we arrived, hit a very long pub crawl on friday night (8/19) and it just so happened to be gay pride week in Reno. go figure. so between the 11 bars we hit, we had to have Flaming Dr. Peppers at one of them. ordered tacos at rest. next door, brought them into the bar, where the bartenders dog, would stand up to the bar, begging for food. Reno has a lot of cool dive bars, and the last I remember was Louies Basque Rest. and the "Picans" a drink of Brandy, Grand marnier (sp?) and pecan amaretto....damn!
then a rock bar, with some kids screaming some death metal. cool. finally passed out on the way home.
woke up, and sat. the hashers did a trail, we ran that, in the heat, drank a lot more, and ended up the night at Scrupples bar, in Reno. and crashed out about 0100.
pics from the next morning....as we're ready to go to Salt Lake Shitty..

...we left way to late in the day, but we arrived at my buddies house to find our new rider, still asleep, and not packed...hmmmm, we're ready, and a bit hungover, and it's only 0700, why aren't you ready? Uh, sorry dudes. oh, well, after dicking around in the morning, we finally left Reno, east on I-fucking 80, to Fernley, and then south on the 50/6 to Fallon, and the beginning of "The Loneliest Highway in America".....
these are the bikes, after packed and all...we're letting our runners dry out.
1997 Harley Davidson FXSTS softail springer.
1984 Honda V65 Magna...with chopstick accesorie options
2004 BMW K1200RS...speed bike..haha, loaded to the gills.

riding east on Hwy. 50/6 is pretty desolate, and far in between for gas. the roads are long and straight, thru the basins, with amazing rolling and kind of flat landscapes to either side....accentuated every 20-30 miles by a hill/mtn. to cross, and a bunch of twisties, and sloping curves....nice break from the monotony. it was suprisingly not that hot thru this area, as I was worried about that......

we arrived to Austin, Nevada and took an obligatory photo or two......

...in Ely, some harley rider rolled up on this bike, and let Slow sit on it. he was thinking of trading up soon. we talked him out of it, and told him that his '84 honda is indestructable, and it only needs chopstix to fix, rather than a hundred bucks a visit to the shop....he sulked for a bit, then we rode on....

....enroute to Eureka, Nv. we stopped to take a photo...and C-fuck (hash name) the new rider with us, dropped his bike at the side of the road...stepping into gravel..got to watch for that. didn't get a photo of it...to busy helping him pick up the bike. i should have taken the photo.....
