One day at work, I was bored so I decided to browse Craigslist. I was looking for motorcycle parts, riding gear, etc.. just the usual. I decided for shits and giggles to browse the "personals dating" section. I found an ad by a girl who had just moved from Hawaii and was looking for friends and maybe more. I was very attracted to her photo of her and decided to reply immediately. After a few weeks of emailing back and forth, we ended up meeting in person.

Now let's fast forward about 5 months.. we're engaged with a baby on the way.

Moral of the story: When browsing on Craigslist, stay away from the personal dating section :rofl

Damn that was fast! I have two friends who also ended up making a baby shortly after meeting. They have a lovely relationship and two beautiful girls. :love

There is no fucking way I would invite some dude over to my place before he was vetted. This just seems extraordinarily naive to me...I know, I know, it's a Dubbington thread :laughing

I have not been active on my OKC account in a couple months, I think...and the result is the same as when I was active....NADA!

Oh well, guess I will rely on the old fashion way or start collecting cats...
 
I didn't know there where that many barfers on OKC. I meet my current girlfriend on that site we have been together almost 10 months now.
 
Not sure if this has been discussed before, but what's the difference between all the different sites? match, okc, pof...etc.
