I've ridden Leesville a couple times as part of a bicycle race. Don't recall that view. Guess I was too busy trying not to die.

Thanks, I have to stop and retake that shot every ride. Something about the convoluted hills and long tree shadows make it look more like a painting than a photo.

Subtle clues to the season of the year

The size of the leaves makes the bike look like a toy. Also wondering how tricky it was rolling over the leaves in and out to get that pic. Was is slickery?

Very slippery. It was a windy day and in getting to that location I rode past an area where the leaves were falling like snow blowing from trees on both sides of the road. I was wishing I had caught it on GoPro but I didn't take it with me.

After riding the 690SM yesterday, the Multi felt like a heavy pig on the way up Quimby/Mt Ham. Hated it until I got used to it again in the second half of the ride.
