Banks Lowman road between Lowman and Garden City is a blast!!!

The road to Idaho City.

The road between Idaho City and Lowman. A truly wonderful twisty road.

Beautiful downtown Lowman, year-round population: 58. A few more people there in the summer.

All of these scenic locations are great... but for me the absolute most perfect location to see my bike is in the back of my truck. This usually occurs 5 to 10 minutes after being purchased from the previous ownerarty

Some quick snapshots w/ a used Nikon D750 that I picked up off Craigslist earlier this evening. Used an old Nikon 50mm f/1.8 lens that I've had for about 15 years. Feels good to have a proper camera in my hands again.

Boise Ridge Road. Rode it end to end and a few connecting dirt roads. Over 30 miles of dirt road on this ride. I think my "dirt confidence" is starting to come back.
