Post / Chat whores post here (2025)

So far, no arthritis at the age of 73. But half of my body has limited feeling and the vision in my left eye is also limited by blind spots.

made a coffee with 6 grams of decaf french roast and 8 grams of CoCulture Hologram light, and it's blockingly okay. Sometimes, it comes off a bit sweeter.

yeah apparently Hantavirus was on the news last week with celebrity glitz. Scary huh... :(
If I stop posting, I'm probably dead 😆

driving in the rain is fun in my car but other drivers frighten me!
So many have arthritis. Does a heating pad help the pain?

I think it depends on the joint and what makes it hurt, at least in my experience.

My shoulders and spine definitely benefit from being warmed up, either by activity or heat source. My elbows seem to get worse, as they are range of motion limited and if I warm them up through activity, inevitably I move them past where they are comfortable. Can’t fully straighten or bend them without pain.

Can’t really even touch my fingers to my mouth without it hurting. You’d think that might be effective weight control, but sadly it doesn’t move the needle. :laughing

My knees are a bit creaky at times, but nothing major. I have had a knot / pain in my right shoulder/ neck / upper back for like 12 years or so. Makes lifting weights problematic

Sugar adds to the pain that’s for sure. Heated seats help so I will say heat relieves the pain in my back.

Cooked a pot roast it was decent.
