Stock tires on the 300 are fine for street or 'c' group trackdays. No reason to change 'em before they wear out.
Ok. And thx tfkrocks...and honestly now that I've rapidly out grown the bike I'm wondering if I should get most of the money back in a private sale n grab a 636 or a r6 lol
2 mos
I'm always use to speed. Heck my car is 540hp. So at first it was a fun thrill bit now no thanks to my racing bg I'm over it lol. Weeks ago I was afraid to go over a quarter throttle now I'm yelling at to bike to speed up at full lol!

Stangmx13 true. Idk bro it feels like I'm built for speed haha but tracking it could and should help
Spend some money on track days and instruction, you will quickly realize that you have years to go before you "outgrow" a 300. A bigger bike will just make you slower in anything but a straight line.
At this point you are so new to motorcycling that you are not even aware of how much you don't know about what a motorcycle can do. After a year or so you might start realizing what is possible, a few years after that you might actually get to point of riding somewhere near a bikes limits.
but I get to 60 in less than 3 seconds and 80 in less than 5. No one needs to accelerate faster than that or realistically go any faster than that.
