That one time he brought a loaded gun into work and brandished it to make a point about snitches was hilarious!!
getting out of debt is good but the guy is an ass.
that ^^ was interesting. I did not know about it, so I looked it up and I guess it's true, here's one thing about it.
I was wondering how come there's a thread created on here, specifically 'h8in' Dave's advice out of the blue. But the above link also says that there's a plethora of pages and vids bashing his advice, so maybe it's a thing.

I think it's obvious: his advice is good for non-BayAreans who are on different income. ...
(as posts above by J R and others have said. ) Also thanks for those who posted with the numbers: the screen shot in the OP is "semi-correct" , yes it could/would yield you a million! .. But .. depending on who's posting, for some waiting thirty years would be too late...
What the OP is incorrect in, is that the screenshot does NOT advise to buy "a $2k clunker with issues"!
YMMV.

Yet, there is no insurance, license, parking, ect. If I was truly poor, I would probably be car free. Yet, a beater $2000 car is real not that bad on maintenance today. I just sold one. One it for over a decade.
