A lifetime of riding UJMs has made it occasionally difficult to ride the Road King.
On the way in to work this morning someone slowly but deliberately merged into my lane while I frantically pushed my left turn signal button wondering why the hell my horn wasn't working.
Not the first time it's happened, won't be the last.

I've had the reverse happen to me a few times (meaning to put the signal on and honk the horn instead) and while that's embarrassing, at least it's not as dangerous as being unable to honk at someone creating a hazard.A lifetime of riding UJMs has made it occasionally difficult to ride the Road King.

I'm on the bike today as well since it's bound to clear up today! Might be wet tomorrow, but Thursday on is looking like smooth sailing for me

Nope. :\ It has been a very strange and warm winter -- La Niña? -- but my studded enduro tires are not yet mounted so I am staying put.
Gonna 4x4 it into the mountains today, hit some unplowed dirt roads.

I had the most fabulous ride over 17 to the coast. Spent all day under the glorious sun having the best day of my remembered life. I encountered the nicest moto bud on the way back, and we had a blast over the best part of 17 back into the bay. I wanted to fist bump you man...!

I wanted to comment about the ride down 17. I was surprised to see cars making room for the split, even going 60. Well, that's when moto#2 came through...

I rode in today, twice! The first time was taking my daughter to school on a bicycle 
it was 35F. It was her choice for doing well in school. Let's see if she wants to do it again tomorrow That made the second ride in feel balmy...
