Tats from the tattoo braggin thread - split by Bap

21 y.o. tattoo. I tracked down the original artist. Karl Fisher@Sacred Tattoo. Old and faded. The original tattoo has seen a lot of sun. So, (2) 4hr. sessions later. He re-did the foreground completely and added the askew church over the old little castle that was there before and added the electrocuted man in the back.

My first one. The wife and I just got back from a Vegas vacation on Wednesday, where we both got tattoos. We went to one of the indoor shooting ranges for some fun, and the girl behind the counter had some BEAUTIFUL sleeves. My wife asked who her artist was, and she gave us his phone number. A quick phone call later, and we had appointments for the next day at noon :)

Nice! I'm stoked to see something from Buddhas Palm on here. Ian is an awesome tattoo artist, unfortunately he's not there anymore since he moved to New York. Christian (the owner) and Clint are the other two guys in there and they're both really talented. Christian did my ribs and my brothers sleeve. They also have a new lady working in there who's portfolio looked really good from what I saw. When I was in there a while ago though she was pregnant and about to go on maternity leave, so I'm not sure if she's working right now.
Definitely a shop worth checking out though.

Ian was such a nice guy, he handled my squirming around very professionally. I hope he continues the art in NY, and has big success!

Seemed like FOREVER at the time when I book my appointment back in March but Im FINALLY going to be starting my my sleeve Oct 22nd. Cant wait :banana Heading to Santa Cruz to See Adam Barton.
