New company, and nobody cares it's legal for recreational use. Their policy maybe for a insurance clause etc, I won't be driving but will hafta do physical/drug testIs this for a promotion with in the same company? Or a new position at a new company?
Since marijuana is legal in California, there really isn’t much they can do unless your position is a sensitive one and subject to regular drug testing, like operating a vehicle at work.
