The Home Grower's Thread

So I have 5 female hybrids started from seeds. Range from 12”-24” high.
They are planted too close together and I need to thin a few out.
Who wants a free plant?

Commercial indoor growers pretty much run max power all the time. The more power, the faster they grow and the sooner you flip and time is money. I like the idea of one plant and just veg it longer, though if you run into problems, there's only one plant versus maybe some others that are salvageable. There's no right or wrong for a home/hobby grower, imo. You just choose whether you care more about time or simplicity.

I raised my Gorilla Grow tent and now have "too much" room but it's fine because I like a lot of space and there's no downside to height. So I realize I could do like 4 lights of the same kind I'm running now basically 1 per plant (or do two plants with 4 lights). I'm definitely doing an auto-flower next time.

If I wall off one side I could even have two tents in one..hmmm..

Been lolloping it as best as possible taking away everything under the light canopy.

I'd like to try some auto's too, there are supposed to be some pretty good ones these days.

I've done them successfully before it's also good if you're doing a one tent perpetual grow because you never change the light schedule.

I might do 2 different ones in 5 gallon pots with my standard 70/30 cococoir /perlite mix.

Any of you guys interested in a LED grow light? 1000W or equivalent or whatever. It's basically been used for like two weeks.

I'm interested. My indoor setup last year was a partnership with a buddy and we used his lights, so he took them when we finished and the shed is empty, plus I've got a few clones sitting here..

I notice a lot of reddit people having great success with cheap LEDs.

I'm also sure most of them are lying about first time grows...they're like "hey how is my first time grow doing" and it's like a 10x10 professional grow room.

^So is that one plant? Grow lights make it look strange.

Greatest invention ever...

It's a 6" duct clamp to connect the hose and whatever and works way better than a shitty standard duct clamp. This ain't coming off.

Nice!
How big do you expect the buds to get?
Are there more buds underneath the leaves?

I think they're done stretching so now just buds will form. There's no buds underneath it's been lollipoped below the light line and I've removed any buds or leaves. There leaves under the current buds are like 2-3layers deep but above the SCROG.

With the help of a 4" hole saw I now have a clean cool air input via a 4" inlin fan attached to a hose and I have a filtered output via a 6" fan. The 6" can stay on with the door open but this weekend will hang the 4" so it can stay on while garage open.

So awesome. No smell. Good temps.
