...for those, whose season is already over, or for those just ready to start talking about the draft and next year's prospects, I present:

The 2012 BARF NFL thread.

Awesome. Draft desires for the Bengals..... First round pick #1 David DeCastro, Guard. Stanford. 2nd pick: best cornerback available. I'd love to get Trent Richardson here, but he isnt going to fall to either the 17th or 22nd pick.

Njy ur Palmer.

He aint my Palmer. My guys are still vying for Flynn. At least I hope that's what they'll do.

We got a 7th rounder for Aaron Curry (although now i wish it was conditional). We'll probably also get another 7th rounder for Tyler Polumbus (courtesy of the Lions). So the 7th round- all Seahawks, baby! :laughing

Raiders are now ready to poach some Packer coaches.

They will be a winning franchise by 2014. The arrival of the Te-Jesus means the hordes of darkness must rise and swell like a terrible black ocean.

OK, so my Squawks need two things- a QB and a pass rusher. I'd be happy to see Quinton Coples, but knowing Schneider, he'll trade down for additional picks, and go for a late-round development QB. This makes sense, as Flynn is going to be commanding a hefty price tag courtesy of his last performance, which I think the Hawks will balk on.

So what we are left with is another year of T-Jack, with Josh Portis in the wings for a change of pace/option. Whitehurst is gone. Carroll and Co. are going to be looking for a late-round/undrafted prospect. Brock Osweiler, Ryan Lindley, and Dan Persa all fit their ideals of physicality with brains to boot.

You'll need a RB if M Lynch vacates via free agency.

Dollars to donuts they'll franchise tag him. :party He wants to be the best ever Seahawk RB, and he has the tools and drive to do it. You are right we will draft a RB. Lynch is gonna be hurt (emotionally) when they let Forsett go though.

A very good friend of mine was at Cal when Marshawn was there. He was in one of her classes. According to her, he was given special treatment, was an asshole, and stupid. Not surprising. He can play football really well though. :laughing

that's not a huge surprise. the fact that a woman would want to be friends with you is however :p

I like USC's Nick Perry or Stanford's Chase Thomas for the Giants. We need help at Linebacker and we REALLY prefer our LB to be able to line up at DE and pass rush to create confusing rotations. Both of these guys would fit well in our 3 Safety 4-3/3-4 hybrid defense.

and the Raiders won't be able to steal them from the Giants by drafting them earlier this time! :laughing

Dude, I was pretty bitter about losing McClain, but we took JPP instead and I have to say I'm really not complaining anymore after this season. He was the replacement for Strahan we needed to bring our front 4 back to Superbowl form.
