...While in most Holiday Seasons, Bill Bellichick simply retires to his Fortress of Iron in the Arctic Circle to contemplate the future in the stacked skulls of those who have displeased him as a way to prepare for the postseason, this year the AP has it on good authority that he will be breaking his Holiday Gift Tradition of, "Let them drink only the blood they are able to capture themselves," to send each and every member of the Indianapolis Colts Defense a $25 Walmart gift card a piece of coal, which he claims is, "practical," and that, "I have now given them gifts as well, I owe them nothing..."

The Raiders won a Super Bowl in 1980 after the starting QB broke his leg... of course, the back up was Jim Plunkett.

Maybe....

Just happened to be at a sports bar watching the game when the innocent-looking Carr sack turned life-changing as he twisted. What a horrible turn of events on a previously amazeballs season. :(

Still not sure if the Fins can lock up a playoff spot. 15 games of hell already, and one more hell-game remaining vs the Patriots.

Niners win! And celebrated like the victory was important, because it was. All those games of misery and yet the Kelly kidz never stopped fighting. Keep the coach, fire the GM.

congrats to the fins! they look to be a good candidate for the offseason.

in fact, a lot of teams look to be viable superbowl candidates. there just isn't a team this year that is head-and-shoulders better.

man, that sucks about carr. shit. and i bet it's like a spiral-fracture where he'll be out a year.

damn!

Did they say tibia, or fibula?

(I had a spiral fracture of the right fibula in college, no surgery needed.)

McGloin did alright in 2013 with a less talented team around him, this talented team will have to step up.

fibula.

they said it's broken. my fear of spiral is a complete guess on my part

there's nothing that will make McGloin like Carr. but they may survive. I think: hostettler. but we'll see.

If the Chiefs can win at home today vs the Broncos, the Dolphins are in the playoffs. Come on Chiefs! Handle your home bizness...cuz Fins have to play the Patriots next week.

Yeah, this team is not good enough to rail through Boston without Carr. No way, and the AFC Championship goes through Major Tom.

That's why you need the Dolphins to go up there and sneak a playoff win vs their division rival. :p

Dolphins in the playoffs, holy shit. Started the year 1-4, looked grim. Woooooooo! Gase is a legit coach.

Meanwhile, in Houston...
