The Official 2017/2018 NFL Thread

Anybody seen El-Dirty? C'mon man. You can go full blast. Let it out. It will be cathartic. I'll take all the Iggles hate you can dish. I'm even feeling a lil bad for the Giants right about now.

LOL, I have been on Vacation since last Friday.

:laughing

I'm starting to worry we lost El-Dirty. I hope he didn't self Immolate and try to take the rest of the Bay Area down with him.

Big test for Wentz and the Iggles tonight, the Panthers seem to be clicking and the game's in Carolina. Newton is finally starting to utilize McCaffrey...

I may actually remember to watch a Thursday game. :laughing

Yeah we have amazon Prime, not sure if the video is separate, so I'm torn. The more I care the worse they do soooo maybe its a good night for the gym. And Fuck TNF. A game like this should be played on Sunday

FtFY....

No one wants watch two 4-1 teams slug it out on a Sunday night, not when they can have the hapless, winless Giants against one of the premier defenses in Denver instead... :x :laughing

video separate? just go to regular amazon home page and they'll have a link right in front.

Oh shit. I thought you had to have "amazon prime video" or some such nonsense. Now im tempted to percipitate a heart breaking shitbird loss.

oh well crap I may have been logged in to my account and it did require prime.

even if Amazon is behind a paywall (which I don't think it is) this weeks game is also streaming on cbs and nfl network

n-joi

talking about having contingincies in place for the raiders game if the air is too bad to play sunday.

damn

San Diego said they would host the game. Possibly Levi Stadium

Was anyone else confused about the mid-3Q PI against the Fecals that gave Carolina half the field and a first down? Looked to me like the pic happened simaltaneously with the contact on the receiver?

Does anyone know a rule that makes this call correct or did I just not see it correctly?

There's only 3 choices.

- Oakland
- Levi's
- Postpone

There's a certain amount of infrastructure required for each game. Instant Replay, Injury Replay, Coach to Coach communication, etc etc. All that stuff was removed from SD when the Chargers left. 2 days isn't enough time for the 'mobile' teams that go to London and Mexico City to get to Qualcomm and set everything up, so a current NFL stadium is the only possible option. LA Galaxy play at Stubhub on Sunday so that's not an option for the Chargers to host.

My best guess is they play in Oakland as scheduled. I don't think that Oakland and San Diego share a bye week anyway do they?

Im not gonna cry too much about the officiating because they won but, waahhhh. Yeah it looked to me like the Panthers got a few "helpful" calls. There was a PI not called against them that sure looked obvious. Im surprised the Iggles won that game. The shot themselves in the foot a few times and gave Cam way too many chances in the 4th. Wheeeew. I did get to see the whole game on prime video too! 5-1!? Whoda thunk.

Two teams likely to meet in the playoffs. If they do play again this season the Eagles will beat the snot out of them. The outcome won’t ever be in question.

the Panthers are just starting to learn how to use McCaffrey. once they get that down, and with Cam being essentially an option back, they will become very formidable down the road. This is assuming healthier days for their team of course. But I wouldn't be so sure that the Carolina Kitties will be steamrolled by anyone.

regardless, good game by the Eagles. Did just enough.

You have to wonder how much better the air is. So Cal is burning too. I was in Disneyland a few days ago and it was raining ash from the sky.
