I can't believe that we are not allowed to see Breast's on TV, but they can show THAT!!

This x a billion! That was torture porn. Saw it on youtube last week and still haven't recovered :(

Eh. I was hoping they'd develop Negan a bit more. He's pretty one-dimensional. They are trying so hard to make freakin Dwight a sympathetic character, why not give Negan some depth?

I'm not sure. maybe to keep him more mysterious and therefore more creepy? maybe that's as deep as he goes - a crazy asshole who knows how to control people.

But I agree with you. I feel like when TWD ends, we'll have a prequel series showing Negan's arc at the beginning of the apocalypse. I'd be interested to see that.

BTW there was a subtle slip up from the character who plays Negan on Talking Dead. As he discusses his relationship with Coral, he says "it's going to be interesting seeing how their relationship evolves over the next few years." Oh, next few years, eh? I guess no one's going to off you any time soon then. whoops!

Negan is pretty good at ironing out disciplinary situations.

That is interesting. Unless he means the show's time will advance quickly... as in "1 year later..." but I doubt they would do that

Maybe he is also just trying to throw people for a loop.

Negans personality and way of dealing with things is insane... Carl is lucky to be alive.

That eye socket is gnarly!

Interested to see where the conflict between Rick and whats his face goes... I see it escalating quickly

Also, Negan holding Judith... creepy

i'm looking less forward to episodes these days.

alexandria should use bio warfare. a little botulin cant be that hard to find can it? put it in something neegan will want.

I'm the opposite, last season was dull, felt played out. I was ready to give up on the show.

This season is much different, a good villain makes all the difference. And the sidekick Dwight is interesting too. So I'm interested to see how all this plays out.

(I never read the graphic novel so I don't know any spoilers)

It took me 4 weeks to sit down and watch episode two of this season (after episode 1). It wasn't enough to keep me watching. I'd watched every episode since day 1, but something changed for me when they did Glen the way they did. Stuff like this usually doesn't get to me, but this time it did. I was caught off guard by how strong a reaction I had, and surprised I've had no desire to return to the series, especially since I'm an absolute Zombie lore fanatic. Can't explain it, so just accepted it and moved on.

Peace!

Being the walking dead, they probably just mean they're going to stretch out the next 3 months of the characters story to 3 more seasons for the viewers!

I'm also feeling like I don't care as much about this show anymore. I also don't think the Negan story will resolve this season.

I did realize we never saw the guns from the boat being off loaded to the Saviors. I assume they were stashed somewhere else for later use.

Re: Daryl. Isn't Negan going to sweep Alexandria and Hilltop and start killing people until they produce Daryl, or does he not care?

I read a couple theories about the person watching Rick on the boat and at the end watching Alexandria:

-Could be Dwight since he wasn't around at that time.

-Could be someone from the female camp

-Could be another Savior, or a set-up

-Could be someone new that's not in the comics.

You dont have guts.... WOW

I thought the episode was great...a lot happened and seems to be setting up for an all out exciting second half of the season

Negan looks dumb with no scruff haha

Rosita.... SMH that was not the right time, lucky to be alive.

I am pretty sure from this point on its going to be chaos... Once Negan realizes that Daryl took off, in the process killing someone and taking his bike, he will come looking for him and payback.

I have been trying to think of someone that fits the end scene... boot with wire around the ankle... cant think of anyone yet.

Also, I thought I saw guns in a tote being loaded up into the truck. I may be wrong. I will be going back and watching 1-8 again

I think the person following Rick and Aaron is either the guy from the kingdom who was trying to convince Carol and Morgan, or its someone from Oceanside.

I don't think the guns were stashed because I don't think Rick changed his mind about fighting the Saviors until he gets back to Alexandria.

So in the comic, Negan taking Eugene (bullet maker) doesn't happen until a little further along. Which was initially a huge advantage for the group over Negan. So I am guessing that somehow Oceanside is going to end up supplying the needed guns, and the fact that Eugene gave rick the bullet making recipe. Assuming Eugene doesn't rat out the warehouse he used to make them (which is where is discovered by accident in the comic and taken).

First decent episode all season imho, Spencer was a turd.

Also... Why not make more bullets before showing your cards? Stupid Rosita is stupid.

Im thinking the boots belonged to the girl who helped Tara

That was my first guess as well, or someone from that camp. They spent an entire episode introducing a new group to the story line, why would they just abandon it after one episode? Perfect setup for a rebellion.

And why did Eugene only make one bullet? :wtf
