yeah, and then how do you collect on the judgement
If you can't get a hold of him to answer to the whereabouts of the goods......then how do you get a hold of him to pay up?

Defendant: I've Been Sued, What Do I Do Now?
Never ignore an order to go to Court. Go, even if you think the case is wrong, unfair, or has no basis. If you don't go to court when you’re supposed to:
* The court can decide the case without you.
* You can lose the suit by default.
* The court can make a default judgment against you, without you being there and without the judge ever hearing your side of the story.
* The person who wins, called the judgment creditor can legally take your money or property and maybe part of the money you make to pay the judgment.
* The judgment can show up on your credit record.
* If you have a license to do your job, the judgment can go on the record of the agency that gives you your license.
I'm pretty sure that if a lawsuit is filed against Tilt, Daniel would show up rather than risk the above over $350. I would trust that the court could arrange a way to get the settlement money. It's not something that someone can just ignore.
