You may be one, you might not be. Either way, you have gone from from zero to scout in mere hours. I highly suggest that you reconsider your modus operandi. Barf is a fairly tight knit community and it would be a shame to find yourself on the wrong side of the fence due to your own actions. If you are in fact a new member/not a dupe, then waltzing in here acting like you are friends with everybody is actually going to gain you the opposite effect.

I saw something similar in High School. A new kid transferred in and was acting like one of the cool kids / tough guys, and it just didn't fit him. We later found out that he transferred over because he was the wimp/geek/nerd at his other HS, and he couldn't take it anymore.

I'm also going to slow my roll with this thread, just isn't worth it.

I like the new kid. I like people with courage and bravery. Even if I don't agree with them(like in the other thread). I still think they have their place until they upset the balance and stir extended trouble...then it's time to deal with them. ;)
 
trust me if they knew he was a dupe they would have killed him already.... ip's don't match (I don't know just my assumption)

Mr. Awesome-Sauce met Happy Hornet in real life the other day so he could take a look at some bikes. So far as I know he's the real deal, albeit a little overly enthusiastic. I enjoy his presence on the BARF.*

Crap ! no wonder I'm losing at teh barfs, it's like high school. and just like high school even the gays are cooler than me.

we need a library forum so I can go hide in it.

True story: I got kicked out of the library in high school for playing D&D, we were rolling dice so they figured we were gambling.

I think it's funny that a guy comes here, tries to become part of the BARF community, does nothing even remotely offensive (as far as I've seen apart from having a high post count) and is immediately shunned, called a fraud, and told not to try to be anyone's friend. What planet is this again?
