Warriors 16-17 Season

^ And that shits a heads up play to attempt to sell Draymond's bullshit.

A simple foul is grabbing somebody around the waist... Not body checking them. If I wanted to see that shit, I'd watch football.

Why needlessly shoulder charge somebody while planting your foot to reinforce the blow? Watch the fucking video, man. It's right there.

I'll agree that draymond was setting up for a shoulder charge, but that was most definitely not needless. The Cavs thought they could come back. The play changed the flavor of the game. and maybe changed the way that the Cavs and possibly other teams would play them in the future.

Draymond's bullshit was necessary because of the bullshit that would have come if he didn't do that. Just like the bullshit the cavs pulled in game 3 in the finals once they were down, with the bullshit hard foul on Klay. It changed the flavor of the series.

People didn't like Laimbeer for the PIstons, or Cartwright and Rodman for the Bulls. But they were necessary.

Meh, apples to oranges. Physical basketball is one thing, but blatantly shoulder charging is entirely another. :afm199

Conversely, I could argue that being huge is a disadvantage because fouls often go uncalled against guys who can take the hit that would send a smaller player flying. Doesn't necessarily mean a foul wasn't committed if you don't hit the deck.

Being huge is a disadvantage and Shaq has stated that refs acknowledged he being fouled nearly on every play but was so big it didnt stop him.

The difference is overacting to the contact he gets. Basketball isnt that physical of a sport yet Lebron is making it look like he's wresting out there.

Like I said before, same thing Blake Griffin does and Lebron is garnering the reputation Griffin has.....fake tough guy, a Fugazi.

Shaq didn't overreact or flop.

The best part is that the flop did more to damage BronBron's rep than Green's, especially in hi-def replay, and it didn't help the Cavs one bit the way they got throttled....

As for the NASCAR/Dale comparison, wtf? :facepalm

Ya'll keep thinking it was a flop. He did take a shoulder to the lower jaw.

Kes, if you think this is taking a shoulder to the jaw then you may as well start a Cavs only thread with videos of Lebron only highlights.

Same BS call the 49ers got on Drew Brees, calling that a hit to the neck.

The play was a typical Clear Path Foul that happens in every game. Lebron sold it, that's all.

Several of these plays are identical minus the theatrics of throwing oneself onto the floor.

Shoulder comes up *under* the jaw. Are you blind, Mike? Draymond plants his foot in the video at that moment, exactly at the time his body rises upward.

*None* of those plays are identical with respect to the collision. None come close to the scope of impact from Draymond.

I know you appreciate the game, but please don't let yourself be blinded to the bullshit of a player just because he wears your uniform.

Again, there is an ever increasing trail of BS behind Green at this point. He's an immature player who could be great if he could drop the childish ego behind him. But I doubt thats going to happen.

Dude you just went from "shoulder to the jaw" to "under the jaw"

I mean the entire point of Lebron flopping like that was to make it look worse.

He got a hard hit. It was clearly a flagrant. FFS, Dray even said he was just trying to stop the fast break -- he wasn't trying to stop the ball, wasn't trying to get a steal, just tried to stop the break by going in and smashing...

but it was basically shoulder to shoulder, or shoulder to chest, but it didn't come close to hitting Lebron in the face. lol. You bought him selling it, big time.

No hope. Carry on. Lebron's never committed a foul or traveled in his career and Draymond is the next coming of Charles Oakley, he should be arrested for that play.

Is there a coincidence that Lebron went 5 games while on the Heat without committing a foul? How's that possible? Not even a handcheck? Lebron fans aren't used to him not getting his way, I can see the struggle.

Shoulder coming up under the jaw still means the shoulder made contact with the jaw. That was my point. Taking an uppercut under the jaw still means you got punched in the face, you know?

Anyway this is over and the game is done. I won't expect you lot to be objective any more than you expect me to be objective about this, so let's just leave it at that.

At the end of the day, I just want to ride motorcycles. Maybe you do, too. That's my olive branch.

I WAS HOPING TO GET A VOLVO WAGON BUT NOW I'M NOT SURE TO BE HONEST

You named yourself after the team. I can't expect anything less than complete bias from you.

If Lebron played for GSW, you'd love him...

Just like you all hated on KD during the semis, but worship the ground he walks on now.

Let's at least call it for what it is.

Never hated KD and I named myself after my first VW, an inside college joke and being a member Vwvortex.com/Forums before BARF with the same username.

You're 0-2.

The other thing was how long LeFlop lay on the hardwood. I was ready to see the stretcher come in. But, inspired by invisible angel rays, he was back in the game immediately! A miracle. Thanks be to deity of choice.

Huh? We like the players on our favorite team? WTF is going on here??

Be honest with yourself man. There is a reason all of the sports talk guys (Except in CLE no doubt) were making fun of LeFlop. HE FLOPPED!! Everyone was laughing at him.
