Warriors 16-17 Season

Cavs are back.

Warriors clinched the 1 seed winning in PHX behind Steph's 42, and the Lakers beat the Spurs. (How the hell did that happen?)

Cool game last night... Goes both ways, as last time Boston was super hot.

And I'm not bothered by the Indians 3-1 thing. Really! :) Missing your #2 and #3 pitchers? Half the payroll? Still took it to game 7 in multiple extra innings? That was an incredible world series - best in years. With what they had, it was an amazing run. We're already doing OK this year, too ;) (Just swept Texas for the opening 3 games.)

First team ever to win 65 games three years in a row.

That Curry loose ball scramble on the floor pass to Livingston alley oop to McGee, no wait, three pointer, was the craziest shit I've ever seen.

His first three of the year!

I think history will look back on last year as a robbery. That Warriors team was WAY better than LeFlop the Ref whisper Cavs. STOLEN.

I have the number of a good proctologist if you would like to get your lingering butthurt looked at.

As all the little girls sang "...let it gooooo....let it goooooooo....."

I have the number of Cobb's Comedy Club if you need help with that old/obvious/lame material :teeth

Like the snow job, I will never forget.

be careful anointing this year's Ws as champions. 16 wins is a long road to get to, as we saw last year.

if they lose again this year, they will be thought of as Regular Season champs that can't raise the bar in the playoffs. it's a fine line they're walking right now. this year has a lot on the line besides just a championship IMO

I mean, aside from the fact that they already won a championship.

Like really, they can't raise the bar in the playoffs because they didn't win MULTIPLE rings?

I remember a few short years ago before LeBron was clutch. Now he has the ability and mindset to take over Jordan/Kobe style, he has more help than ever, and I hate to say it but the Cavs have our number.

We know that success in the regular season doesn't automatically translate into a championship. On that note, struggles in the regular season (i.e.: Cavs vs Bulls) don't mean struggles in the postseason. If their big three is healthy then we're in trouble.

Whoaaaaaaa. I didn't anoint anyone champions but I think they will be relevant for many years and go down in history, win or lose championships (Winning I HOPE!!)

2/3 will look much better back in history than 1/3, all the while dominating the regular season for those 3 years, no?

I just don't see anybody giving the Warriors trouble in 7 games. Only the Spurs because of Pops and because they are the Spurs. I mean, they won 61 games with Tony Parker and Manu Ginobli.

But then, OKC decided to show up and play last year. You never know.

Even with all these Cavs losses they pretty much have the #1 seed locked up. I don't see anyone on the East giving them trouble in a playoff series. They might even sweep their way through and be well rested for the finals.

Anthony Davis and Cousins both out tonight vs Warriors :laughing

Don't see Durant playing more than 20min. Those guys being out helps too.

Curry is out for tonight...

For an MVP that is a corporate spokesman for the league, he sure doesn't calls from the refs when he plays among the trees near the rim. He must be the anti-Harden.
