Warriors 16-17 Season

As far as league commissioners go, Silver's alright. Certainly better than Goodell, or Selig when he was running baseball.

re: resting star players. the commish won't do anything. it's all hot air.

fyi teams have been resting star players for a long time. the Showtime Lakers used to do it a lot when the end of the season was coming along and they were playing a shit team (on an away game). Stern used to give them a hard finger-wag, and I think they got a small fine once...but it never stopped Pat Riley from resting Magic, Worthy, and Kareem for the night here and there.

Another team's leading scorer is shut down by the W's defense. I did admire that sweet spin move by Barnes at about 4:30 in the third quarter, though.

We don't have a March Madness thread in the sink... but wow on those last two Kentucky vs UNC shot sequences... Wow.

Sad that Wisconsin dropped to FL, too. But hey - at least SC picked it up and sent 'em packing.

Fun month for BBall.

Celtics just beat the Heat so they are essentially tied at the top of the EAST, Cavs play the Spurs tomorrow in SA...

Yeah, the UNC/KU game was good. There has been some real good games

Cavs slumping hard after the string of injuries. Not a good time for that, unfortunately.

Dubs are at Rockets tonight, Spurs tomorrow, and then host the Rockets again on Friday... that's a tough week.

Crazy. Kerr's record as head coach is .840. 200-38 and not even through his third season.
