I believe the signs should say NO BASURA.I am thinking waking early (4;15) and getting to the Office way early to put post it notes on stuff that is not being hauled away was a good idea. NO BANSURA.
Having my Spanish speaking janitor (who has been helping for 4 months) come to help explain stuff to the haulers was also a good idea.

Not being in physical condition to handle a sport bike, and having sold my own long term relationship, getting the text that my help with fettling the RC51 would be appreciated was a lift.
Might make an offer. ( A GREAT price is assured. ) She'd be a garage queen for a long while, but hey, art is art and the garage is nicer now than some galleries I've been in.
