Actually I an Ukrainian. If you spent a bit more time in school you would now the difference. And I didn't ask to give that info to me. Just make it public. No harm can come out of it.
 
The fact that you can download all this info onto a series of CDs and nobody notices is also a massive failure.

Actually the ideology was a very low tier for quite some time. For a while (including when TC was writing his first few novels) it was more IMADS – ideology, money, alcohol, drugs, and sex. The last time ideology was an excuse to sell your country – post WWI. By that I mean – doing it for the “ideals” and no money was changing hands. It was common knowledge (e.g. open source) that the USSR would offer three times an annual salary to buy an American. Seems cheap to me, but it worked for them... until they imploded.

No, it would not. The only way a politician would find out is if the Intel agency in question tells them. And they wont – if there is any possibility it would compromise others, and it would. Some of them would be innocents (not that they actually matter). Any person who had any contact with an outed “spy” is going to find him/herself in a very dark hole for quite some time.

The one positive about all this…? Now there are embarrassed people on the planet who could easily cause harm to Julian Assange and they don’t care or worry about human rights. Sad for Julian, really, it is very sad. I would rather see him imprisoned, but if some “leader” decides he is a liability – I won’t mourn him.

You have absolutely no understanding in how the world works, do you?

Hint: Diplomacy helps avoid wars. You take away diplomacy and you take out the talking and just get fighting.

Also, diplomacy is pretty much like playing poker. You never show somebody else your hand because then you're constantly at a disadvantage. Nor do you show people what your hand was if you don't have to because it gives the other people (nations) more insight into how you respond under multiple circumstances.

In your narrow view, there has been no harm. It the real world, he could very well have caused thousands (or many times that) of deaths, down the road. Wars are fought when diplomacy breaks down or comes to an impasse.
