Why is Lebron cheering...doesn't he normally wear a Yankee hat?

I always saw minority kids wearing yankees / cowboys hats jerseys and so on growing up.. Why? They were from Ohio, so I didn't understand it.

Lebron explained it pretty well in an interview. When you come from such a poor background where everything goes against you, all you want to do is have something *win* in your life.. Cheer for a team that wins. You want that success so you can share it as your own little piece of the pie... It mentally helps you to keep going when you're coming from such a shitty upbringing.

So that's why those were his favorite teams, just like millions of other minority kids nationwide during the 80s and so on.

Dude, it's baseball - it's always sudden death for somebody else in the bottom of the ninth... Both teams get the same amount of innings to hit no matter what, unless you don't need them.
