Kalaashi culture is unique, but at times a little creepy. Well, at least for me. In the Bamburat valley there's a graveyard where skeletons still lay above ground from unburied bodies during the Greek times. You can see all the bones.. skulls, ribs, arms and legs all left untouched. The history is not clear to me except for that small fact that a local told me. We were also taken to a really old wooden mosque and visited the trout farms. Our trip in kalaash was short due to the guys' unpleasant health situation. We rested, and left for chitral the following morning. This led to a point where I was greeted with the threat of being put behind bars. I'll elaborate on this situation in my next post. You guys 'SHARING' these updates encourages me to update more often, just say'in.
