Tuesday found us in Mulege. W took off for san Juanico with CJ, Hillary, Windsor, Merlin, and Cabrito Wednesday morning leaving the Bossdog, Ian, Daniel, and me to our own devices.
Ian was being a pill (jk) and didn't want to do anything with us :| so Daniel, the Bossdog, and I hit the beech.

A nice rancher drove down to the hardware store. Bossdog took one look at his rig and decided he wanted it. True story, he would not get out, I finally started up the van and pretended to leave him.

Thursday, with Ian's bike on the trailer next to mine, we followed Daniel up Rt 1 to San Ignacio. I hope someone got a picture of our best recreation of a Sultan's bedroom. Bossdog moved up to shotgun while Ian took over the dogged and every pillow, cushion and blanket that we had.
Daniel, my appointed guardian, unloaded the ATK so I could go for a little putt around San Ignacio. Having the bike off the trailer was a clear signal that I wanted to ride the next leg.
After getting Ian settled and comfortable with mass pillows etc we took off.
The next morning W, CJ, (team Cyclops) merged with Ian (team Broken) and the Bossdog to drive the van down to BOLA. Daniel, Aaron, Tom, Windsor, EricB and I took off together. The plan was an easy ride to ElArco then San Rafael, and into BOLA.
Tom, Daniel, and EricB took a more technical route while the rest of us took the easy road. Aaron made it hard by playing down in the sand. Me, not so much, it's been 2 years since I've ridden the ATK and I could feel my lack of fitness.
We merged along the way with another cool bunch from our group.

Saw this big quarry truck has fallen off the trailer.
Saw a a Canadian Mitsubishi Space Van or Delica. Looks like it ready for some off road action. Wish Mitsubishi sold these in the US.

Those cactus farms again
After a little dirt road adventure we found Horsepower Ranch in Ensenada. It was a nice place, there were lots of trails you can ride around the hills here. It was kinda dicey getting down there in the truck, a dualsport would make quick work of it though.
