2021 Ford Bronco - shots fired

From that video I think Its safe to offer a Pratt & Whitney J57 engine option for only an addition $250K.

Breaking news! Chinese car company makes crappy digital rendering of something that looks vaguely like a Bronco!

And when did they turn the Wienerdog into apartments? :wow

The Dog has been gone for years now. I believe that one that took their spot is senior/assisted living. Then right next to it, Russell’s Furniture and the nursery place fell soon after to give way for more apartments. Think that’s changed a lot? You should see the absolute boom of apartments in S San Jose like near Cottle and 85. And just take a drive up El Camino and you’ll see new apartments just about everywhere.

Yota needs to update the 4R. And FFS, do not put that pile of shit 3.5 in it. Had one in a 17 Taco and got rid of it after a few months, thing would annoy me every time I drove it with constant gear hunting and not being able to maintain 6th on the freeway due to a headwind.

It’s not much an issue with the engine, as it with gearing. They had to use taller gearing for emissions and fuel economy.

I don't even recognize San Jose anymore when I go back. Been gone 11 years.

I'm really digging the looks of the new Bronco but I need to see and feel the interior. I was pondering a 4 runner in the near future, but this could be an option. Will have to wait and see on reliability too.

Looking forward to seeing how they have held up in five years. Bronco, Jeep, and 4Runner have my interest :)

I am in the minority. I throw up a little at the new Bronco. Looks like a clown car. Like a kia built up for SEMA.
To each their own, hope the buyers enjoy them.

Yup, driving down Montague from 680 to 880, both sides of the street are wall-to-wall apartments now. It's crazy.

I've got two buddies that do that, both have built pretty solid crawlers on 37's with air lockers and dual transfer cases and exo cages with all the jacks and chains and spare and shit mounted all over the place.....then 99.9% of their use is for commuting.

I suppose if I had to pick something to gripe about (aside from the engine) I'd say I'm not a huge fan of the dash / infotainment setup, but that'll remain to be seen how I like it in person.

Sync 4 is all new. I imagine you go check out the 2021 F-150 when those come around and that’s pretty much what you’re getting in the Bronco. The 12” screen is where I want to live so that pretty much means a heavily loaded up one for me. I feel like I want a carpet interior because it’s going to be a DD, so it really looks like the Badlands package for me. Only options I’d pass on is Sasquatch and maybe the leather seats. Since you get 4.70 gears and the 315 wide tires with Sasquatch, I’d take quite the hit on mileage and of course look even more poserific each day I didn’t get it muddy.

The dash design in general...yeah could be better. Goes with the exterior I suppose. Some of the different packages seem to change the dash. Colored inserts and so on. Since all the pictures we’ve seen are “computer generated” or are of rough prototypes, I think you’re absolutely right and it’s a remain to be seen situation.

All in all, unless the reviews go really bad for it I think I’m 90% sure I’m gonna have one of these in a year or so.

Yeah...I'd say there's about a similar chance of one in my near future. Probably 2-3 years.
